Construction completed in Fall 2015 and Texcan occupied the facility at the start of 2016.

Wesgroup recently completed construction of a turnkey build-to-suit facility for Williams on Lot 15 at Pacific Link (10240 Grace Road). This flexible, multi-purpose facility enables Williams to conduct all retail activities (sales, parts, service and rentals), administration and operational functions from one central location replacing its two former branches in Richmond and Langley.
PacificLink’s central location on the South Fraser Perimeter Road proved to be convenient for the nearly 50 employees who relocated there from existing branches.
Access to rapid transit (Scott Road Skytrain) along with the retail amenities also contributed to a successful move and transition for the entire Williams team.
In 2007 Frito Lay, a division of PepsiCo Foods, determined that they needed to relocate local distribution operations into a new, Tier-1 facility. Due to Metro Vancouver’s severe land supply constraints in strategic, central locations their preference was to ensure the facility was under their long term control and preferably owned. PacificLink was determined as the optimum local distribution location through PepsiCo’s Optisite delivery and drive time analysis system which modeled in the advantages of the planned South Fraser Perimeter Road. Wesgroup agreed to sell Frito Lay an 11-acre site that was ideally suited for their new facility. After the transaction completed the Wesgroup development team continued to proactively assist Frito Lay and facilitate entitlements and building permits. Frito Lay’s executive team endorsed Wesgroup as the best development “partner” they had ever worked with.
